Should I block Italy on my OnlyFans page?

Block Italy if being recognised would cost you more than Italian fans would pay you; keep it open if Italian subscribers are already a real part of your income.
For a creator from a small country the block is almost free, because nearly all of her paying fans are abroad. Italy is different. It is a large country with its own Italian-speaking audience, and some fans like a creator who shares their language and their evening. Blocking Italy therefore costs more reach than it would for someone in a small country, and it is a decision, not a formality.
The block is set in your profile settings. Users located in Italy then generally do not see your page. It does not stop anyone using a VPN, and a screenshot shared by a fan abroad can still travel, so the block reduces the risk rather than removing it.
Before you decide, we look at your page and your audience with you and tell you beforehand what the block would cost. Some creators start with it on and review it after a few months; others keep Italy open and rely on the alias and a page that reveals nothing personal. Either choice is fine as long as it is made knowingly.
