How to leave an OnlyFans agency without losing your page

The instinct is to confront: the angry message at 1am, the passwords changed mid-shift, the sudden silence. Resist it. The agency may still hold access to your accounts and your files, and the contract may still bind you.

Exits go wrong when the first move is emotional. Leaving a bad agency is not a fight, it is a checklist, and the order is fixed: read, secure, document, then notify. You only get to leave once, so do it in that sequence.

Not because you expect a war. Most exits are boring. A complete, dated folder is what keeps them boring.

Give notice like a business, because you are one. An exit that matches the contract is hard to argue with, and calm during the notice period buys a clean handover at the end of it.

One honest rule. If your contract has a minimum term you are still inside, a post-exit commission, or the agency answers your notice with threats, pay a lawyer to read the contract before you send anything else. Contracts and notice rules differ by country, and the difference can be larger than creators expect. German law is a good example: for consumer contracts, § 309 No. 9 BGB limits the initial term to two years and restricts silent renewals and long notice periods. But § 310 BGB says those limits do not apply to standard terms used against a business, and a creator signing with an agency usually signs as one. Only the general fairness test in § 307 BGB still applies. So do not assume a law has already struck out the clause that worries you. Have it read.
