OnlyFans agency: what it does, what it costs, how to spot a good one

You make the content, the agency builds the business around it. That sounds small, but it is most of the work: on well run pages most of the revenue comes from the inbox, not from subscriptions. A page that only sells subscriptions leaves most of the money on the table.

Depending on the scope, an agency takes over these five areas:

At most agencies, ours included, a trained team writes in your name. There is no other way to run an inbox around the clock. You should know that before you sign, not find out from the chat history.

It is only fine under three conditions: you set the tone and your hard limits in writing, everyone in the chat knows that list, and you can read the history yourself at any time. Creator reports show what happens otherwise: fans feel deceived, cancel, and the page loses a large part of its subscribers within a few months.

Almost every agency works for a share of your revenue. The percentage alone says little. Three questions decide it: is the share taken from gross or from net, before or after the 20 percent OnlyFans keeps itself? Is there anything to pay up front? And what happens in a month in which the agency moves nothing?

A signup fee, a paid starter package or a course before you start are the clearest warning sign in the whole market. An agency that is paid up front earns before anything reaches you.

Not every creator does. If you like chatting yourself, your reach is growing and you are not running out of time, you pay a share for work you already do. An agency pays off when it takes over work you cannot or do not want to do, and when that shows in your numbers.

If you already work with an agency and are unsure, check the login email and the cancellation clause first, then the numbers of the last three months. After that you know whether you had a bad quarter or have an agency that stopped working.
