PPV price calculator

No benchmark knows your fans. Two sends at different prices do. Enter them and see how strongly your unlock rate reacts to price, and what that means for your next send.

Use two sends to similar audiences, ideally with similar content, a few days apart. The unlock rate is buyers divided by recipients.

How price-sensitive your fans are

0.70

Below 1: every 1 percent of price costs you only about 0.70 percent of your buyers. Your prices are likely too low.

The projection holds your price sensitivity constant at every price, which real audiences do not. Treat prices far from your two sends as a direction, not a forecast. Amounts are after OnlyFans' 20 percent.

How the calculator measures price sensitivity

Price elasticity compares how much the unlock rate changes with how much the price changes: e equals ln(rate A divided by rate B) divided by ln(price B divided by price A).

Revenue per send is recipients times unlock rate times price. If e is below 1, a higher price loses fewer buyers than it gains per sale, so revenue rises. Above 1 it falls.

What the numbers cannot see

Two sends are a small sample. Content, time of day, the message before the offer and how recently fans bought all move the unlock rate too. The more alike the two sends are apart from the price, the more the result tells you.

Mass messages are also only one part of PPV. Sales in one to one chats follow the conversation, not a fixed price.

Test PPV prices, not your subscription price

Changing the subscription price on a live page switches off auto-renew for existing subscribers until they accept the new price, and many never do. A PPV price can change with every send without touching your rebills.

Common questions

How much should I charge for a PPV on OnlyFans?

There is no universal price. What works depends on your audience, your content and how the offer is framed. Measure it: two sends at different prices tell you more about your fans than any average.

What is a good unlock rate?

It depends on list size, content and how warm the audience is, so we do not quote a benchmark. Compare your own sends over time: a rate that falls at the same price is the signal that matters.

Does a higher PPV price always earn more?

Only while your fans are not very price-sensitive. Once the elasticity is above 1, every price increase loses more in buyers than it gains per sale.

Should I change my subscription price instead?

Usually not. On a live page a new subscription price switches off auto-renew for existing fans until they accept it, and many do not. PPV and bundles are the safer place to raise revenue per fan.
