Numbers and Accounting

Jan, founder of Elvision Studios

Plenty of creators reach the end of the month without knowing where the money actually came from. We break your revenue down by source: subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view and customs, and you get the same numbers every week plus a monthly report. This is explicitly not tax advice: what the tax office wants from you belongs with your own tax adviser.

What this page is not

We are not accountants and we do not give tax advice. Nothing here tells you what you can deduct, how large your estimated payments should be, or whether you need a sole proprietorship, an LLC or anything else. Those are questions only someone who knows your full numbers and carries the liability may answer.

We also do not refer you to accountants. Other agencies advertise a network of creator tax specialists; we do not have one, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What we deliver is the basis your own adviser can work from: clean, traceable numbers instead of a screenshot of a dashboard.

What you actually get

Your revenue broken down by source: subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view, custom content, and split by platform if you work on more than one. That shows you which part of your work earns the money and which part only costs time.

The same metrics every week, so a decline is visible while something can still be done about it rather than at the end of the year. Plus a monthly report you can pass on.

One thing to keep straight: every amount is net, the money that reaches you after OnlyFans keeps its 20 percent. Our own share is shown separately in the report, so it is clear what went to us.

Why this is more than tidiness

Without a breakdown you optimise blind. If you do not know that a third of your revenue comes from customs, you plan the wrong shooting schedule. If you cannot see that rebills have been falling for two months, you notice only once the month is clearly worse.

Proper numbers are also what every bank and every landlord asks for. A dashboard screenshot is not proof of income; a clean monthly statement is closer to it.

For the tax side, the city pages collect sourced tables with a URL and an access date for each figure. Those do not replace advice either, but they show you what to raise with your adviser.

What it costs

Your monthly target is written into the contract, and it is your own previous month: miss it and our share for that month is zero. Our share is calculated on net, the amount left after the platform's 20 percent fee. No setup fee, no minimum term, no exit fee. The conditions in detail.

Questions about Numbers and Accounting

Do you file my taxes?

No. We are not accountants and are not permitted to. We supply the numbers your own tax adviser can work from.

Will you tell me what I can deduct?

No. What is deductible depends on your country, your situation and your full numbers. That question belongs with a tax adviser, not with us.

Do you refer creators to accountants?

No. We do not have a network of firms and will not claim one. Find someone local who works with self-employed clients.

Which numbers do I get exactly?

Revenue by source, meaning subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view and customs, split by platform where relevant, plus chat sell-through, rebills and reach. Weekly, with a monthly report.

Are the amounts gross or net?

Net, after the 20 percent OnlyFans keeps. Our own share is shown separately in the report.

Does this cost extra?

No. The numbers are part of the management and therefore part of our share, which is only due in months where we beat the target.
