Should I block Belgium too if I live in the Netherlands?

A geoblock works per country. Block only the Netherlands, and someone in Antwerp or Ghent who follows Dutch creators can still find your page. For some creators that is fine, because their recognition risk sits mainly where they live, study or work. For others, family, friends or a job connect both countries, and blocking both is the calmer choice.

Each block costs reach in that market. Dutch-speaking fans are a small audience next to the English-speaking one, and the biggest spenders tend to be in the United States, so for many pages the cost is modest. Keep in mind what a geoblock is: users located in a blocked country generally do not see your page, but anyone with a VPN can get around it. It belongs next to an alias and separate accounts, never instead of them.
