Do I have to leave MyFans or Fantia to join Elvision?

No. A creator in Japan who already earns on MyFans, CANDFANS or Fantia can keep that page running while Elvision runs the OnlyFans side.
The two pages serve different fans. The Japanese platforms are built for fans in Japan. OnlyFans is where the international audience pays, and nearly two thirds of the platform's revenue in 2024 came from the United States. If your Japanese page already pays the bills, there is no reason to put that at risk.
What matters is that the two never meet. Use a different alias, different photos, different handles and ideally a different phone for each, and do not promote one from the other. A fan who finds the same face under two names has connected your personas, and because the Japanese page is visible in Japan, that link can undo a geoblock on the international one.
Time is the other limit. Two pages mean two content plans, and filming is the one job a team cannot take off your hands. We plan the OnlyFans side around the time you actually have, and we say so when a plan does not fit.
