What the work looks like
You write to fans on behalf of a creator: holding conversations, answering questions, offering pay-per-view content when the moment fits. Every creator has a documented persona, a content overview and scripts as a base, but you write the conversations yourself. Copy and paste is the fastest way to lose a paying fan.
You work in shifts so the inboxes are covered around the clock. At the end of every shift you hand over cleanly: what was discussed, who bought what, where a conversation is still running. The next chatter picks it up from there.
Which shifts we are filling
We cover the inboxes around the clock, so all three shifts are open. Philippine Standard Time is UTC+8 and does not change, so the columns move by an hour when the other regions switch to summer time.
The morning shift is the busiest one, because the US evening is when most fans are in their inbox. Tell us in your application which shifts you can cover.
What you need to bring
Experience as an OnlyFans chatter
You have chatted on OnlyFans before, for an agency or directly for a creator. Tell us for whom and for how long. Without that experience we cannot take your application.
Written English at a very high level
Most fans write in English. Spelling, tone and timing all have to land. You will be judged on the conversation, not on a test of grammar.
A laptop or desktop, not a phone
Shifts run on a computer with a proper keyboard. Chatting a full shift from a phone does not work, so we do not hire for it.
Reliability
Shifts you sign up for get worked. An empty inbox costs the creator money directly, and it costs you the share you would have earned.
Discretion
You see names, numbers and private conversations. None of it leaves the team.
Remote setup and 18 plus
Stable internet, a quiet place to work, at least 18 years old.
What you earn
Two parts. A fixed amount for every shift you work, which you get whether the inbox is busy or quiet, plus a share of the revenue you generate in that inbox. The share has no ceiling: the better you sell, the more you take, and a strong chatter earns considerably more than the fixed part alone.
The test chat is paid, so you are not asked to work for free to prove yourself. We agree both numbers with you in the first conversation, before you put time into a test, and we do not change them afterwards.

Questions about the role
Do I need experience to apply?
Yes. This role is for chatters who have already worked on OnlyFans, for an agency or directly for a creator. We are not hiring beginners for it at the moment.
Is this full time or part time?
Both work. You tell us how many shifts a week you can cover, and we plan with that. It is freelance work, not employment.
Which shift pays best?
The one with the busiest inbox, which is usually the morning shift in Philippine time, because that is the US evening. More conversations mean more you can sell, and your share follows what you sell.
Do I need to speak German, Spanish or French?
No. You chat in English. Other languages are a bonus, never a requirement.
Can I work from anywhere in the Philippines?
Yes, as long as your internet is stable and you have a quiet place to work. The whole team is remote.
How fast do you answer an application?
Within 24 hours on Telegram. If the template is filled in completely, the next step is usually the test chat.
