Elvision Studios is hiring experienced social media managers for remote work, open to applicants worldwide. You find and curate short-form content for our creators, decide what goes out on which account, write and rewrite hooks and captions, and build each creator's brand on Instagram, TikTok and Reddit. What does a social media manager do at Elvision Studios?

You are responsible for what our creators show on short-form social media: Instagram, TikTok and Reddit. You look after several creators at once, each with her own niche, audience and voice.

You find the content. Every week you look for trends, sounds, formats and reference videos that fit each creator. Not everything that goes viral fits her; you pick what suits her brand and has a real chance to reach the right people.

You distribute it. Every idea becomes a clear brief for a creator: what to film, how, and with which reference. The raw footage goes to our video editors, the finished videos to our Instagram posters, on a plan you keep. The posters run the accounts day to day; you decide what goes on them and why.

You write and rewrite. Hooks, on-screen text, captions and short scripts. Much of the work is taking a format that already works and rewriting it so it sounds like her, not like a copy of someone else.

You build each creator's brand: how she is positioned, her bio, her recurring formats, the details that make her recognisable to fans. Never through places or routines that could identify her in private life.

Growth is organic only: no bought followers, no engagement pods, no bots. One of our creators passed 22 million views on a single Instagram account in her first full month, and reach like that comes from the right content, posted consistently, on accounts kept safe. Every week you report what went out and what performed, so the next week is planned on numbers.

Finding and curating
Trends, sounds, formats and reference videos in each creator's niche, narrowed down to a shortlist that fits her.
Briefing creators and the team
A brief per creator for what to film, raw footage to the editors, a posting plan for the posters.
Writing
Hooks, on-screen text, captions and scripts, and rewrites of what already works in her voice.
Brand and report
Positioning, bio and recurring formats per creator, and a weekly report on what performed.

What do you need to bring?

Results for someone else
You have run social media for creators, brands or an agency before, and you can show the accounts and what they reached. The form asks for both.
You know the platforms
Instagram, TikTok and Reddit: which formats get reach, and what gets an account restricted, from flagged words to link rules.
You can write
Hooks and captions that sound natural in English. German, Spanish or French are a bonus, never a requirement.
An eye for what stops the scroll
You can tell a hook that works from one that does not, and explain why with numbers.
Organised
Several creators, editors and posters, each with their own deadlines. Briefs go out on time and nothing gets lost.
Discretion
You see accounts, numbers and parts of the creators' private lives. None of it leaves the team.
Remote setup and 18 plus
A laptop, a smartphone, stable internet, at least 18 years old.

A shared content board
Where briefs, raw footage and posting plans live, so editors and posters always know what is next.
Small edits
A cover or a quick fix in CapCut or a similar app. The main editing is done by our editors.

What do you earn?

A fixed monthly amount. Its level depends on your experience and on the scope we agree, not on how busy a month is.

The test task and the trial are paid, so you never work for free to prove yourself. We agree the monthly amount with you in the first conversation, before you put time into the test. It is freelance work, not employment.

How do you apply?

Fill in the form

Paid test task
A short brief for one creator: find references, write the hooks and captions, plan a week. Scope, deadline and pay are agreed before you start.
Paid trial
A trial period with one creator in our real workflow, together with our editors and posters.
Decision
After the trial both sides decide.

Questions about the role

Do I need experience to apply?

Yes. This role is for people who have run social media for someone else before, and the form asks for the accounts and what they reached. Most people we hire have done it for a year or more.

Is this full time or part time?

Both work. You tell us how many hours a week you can take on, and we plan the number of creators with that. It is freelance work with a fixed monthly amount, not employment.

Is this adult content?

The creators are on OnlyFans and similar platforms, so you should be comfortable working around adult topics. What you plan and write is short-form content for social media, and keeping it within each platform's rules is part of the job.

Do I post the videos myself?

Planning, briefing and writing are the core of the role. Our posters publish and our editors cut; you make sure what goes out matches the plan.

Which languages do I need?

Good written English. German, Spanish or French help for creators who post in those languages, but they are never a requirement.

How fast do you answer an application?

Within 24 hours on Telegram, to the username you give in the form. If the form is complete, the next step is the paid test task.
