What does an Instagram poster do at Elvision Studios?
You run Instagram accounts for our creators day to day: reels and stories on schedule, captions and the link in bio. The videos come from our editors; you make sure the right one goes out at the right time on the right account.
Instagram is where many new fans first find a creator. One of our creators passed 22 million views on a single Instagram account in her first full month, and reach like that is built by posting consistently and keeping the account safe. That is the job.
How many accounts, and how much posting?
You work on the number of hours a week you agree with us. How many accounts you run follows from that and from how the first ones go.
Posting on a plan
Reels, stories and captions go out at the times planned for each account. Most of the audience is in the US and Europe, so some posts go out early in your morning or late at night.
Keeping accounts safe
No flagged words, no link that gets an account restricted, no sudden bursts of activity. A lost account costs months of work.
A short weekly report
What went out and what performed, so the next week can be planned on numbers rather than guesses.

You know how Instagram treats accounts
Shadowbans, restricted links, action blocks: you know what triggers them and how to avoid them.
Good written English
Captions and reports are in English and have to sound natural.
Reliability
Posts go out when they are planned. A missed day on a growing account costs reach that is hard to win back.
Discretion
You see accounts, numbers and parts of the creators' private lives. None of it leaves the team.
Remote setup and 18 plus
A smartphone, stable internet, at least 18 years old.

What do you earn?
A fixed monthly amount, well above what the same work usually pays in the Philippines. It does not depend on how busy a month is.
The trial is paid, so you never work for free to prove yourself. We agree the monthly amount with you in the first conversation, before you put time into the trial, and we do not change it afterwards. It is freelance work, not employment.

Questions about the role
Do I need experience to apply?
Yes. This role is for people who have run Instagram accounts for someone else before, and the form asks which ones. We are not hiring beginners for it at the moment.
Is this full time or part time?
Both work. You tell us how many hours a week you can take on, and we plan the accounts with that. It is freelance work with a fixed monthly amount, not employment.
Is this adult content?
The accounts belong to creators on OnlyFans and similar platforms. What you post on Instagram is safe for work, because Instagram's rules require it, and keeping the accounts within those rules is part of the job.
Do I need a laptop?
No. Instagram is run from a phone, so that is the main tool. A computer helps with planning and reporting, but it is not a condition.
Do I need to speak German, Spanish or French?
No. Captions and reports are in English. Other languages are a bonus, never a requirement.
How fast do you answer an application?
Within 24 hours on Telegram, to the username you give in the form. If the form is complete, the next step is the short trial.
